You Are Always In A season
Ecclesiastes 3:1, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens”
You are always in a season. God is always at work. Understanding what season you’re in will help you better appreciate what God is doing and will help you make better choices and decisions.
Some “seasons” we will all constantly go through in life:
Season of Preparation
-Joseph received the vision at the age of seventeen, it was fulfilled at the age of 30. David was a teenager when anointed by the prophet Samuel to become king. He officially became king at the age of 30. Before the fulfillment of the vision God allowed them to go through a season of preparation. Do you think you are in a season of preparation? If yes, walk faithfully with God, be faithful with little things, and learn everything you can. This season of preparation is as important as your destination. (Tip: Great cooperation might result to shortened period of preparation)
Season of Harvest
-Extraordinary Increase, growth, favor, fruitfulness, open doors, blessings, momentum, promotion, great success;…
Word of encouragement for those who are waiting for this season:
Galatians 6:9, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Be patient and remain diligent for the harvest will surely come.
Do you think you are in a season of harvest? Be grateful to God and make the most of it because just like any other season, it will also end to give way to other important “seasons” in your life.
Season of Pruning
-Usually happens after a season of fruitfulness
John 15:2, “He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.”
Do you think you are in a season of pruning? It might be a little painful now but don’t lose heart. It will soon be over. Be encourage. Because God’s preparing you for greater fruitfulness.
What season do you think you’re in right now? What is God telling you to do?
