2 Corinthians 11:3, “But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.”

It all starts in the mind. The devil will sow seeds of doubt, accusations, lies, impurities, etc. in order for us to be led astray from our sincere and pure devotion to Christ. That’s why we have to guard our minds!

We have to do Paul’s exhortation in Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

What do you think/imagine most of the time? Are you vigilant in guarding your mind?

One preacher said that “If your life stinks, it’s maybe because your thinking stinks.” It all starts in the mind. Don’t be deceive by the serpent’s cunning. Don’t be led astray. And don’t allow your life to stink. Guard your mind!

Romans 12:2, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
